Dacia belongs to Renault and uses its keys: PCF7961 and PCF7961M remotes with the D4A Hitag AES chip, ID46 on the older cars, and the Renault ID4A Smart Key on the recent range. Same procedure as a Renault, same tooling.
Programming happens over OBD with brand-specific equipment. On many models we can add a key without the original, and where every key is gone we erase the old set and code a new one.
