Nissan uses PCF7936 and PCF7961 transponders on NSN14 and VA2 blades, plus the Intelligent Key proximity system on the modern range. Several commercial models are Renault underneath, so a Kubistar or an Interstar gets treated as a Renault when we code it.
Programming happens over OBD with brand-specific equipment. On many models we can add a key without the original, and where every key is gone we erase the old set and code a new one.
